Job Summary: As an EFTPOS Sales Partner, you will be responsible for consulting with businesses to understand their payment processing needs and recommending the most suitable EFTPOS solution. You will act as a liaison between clients and PayNuts, ensuring a smooth setup and providing ongoing support. In this role, you will benefit from a shared profitability model, where your earnings are directly linked to the success and satisfaction of your clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct one-on-one consultations with businesses to assess their payment processing requirements
  • Research and compare EFTPOS solutions from various providers to find the best fit for clients
  • Negotiate terms and secure competitive deals with EFTPOS providers
  • Coordinate the setup and installation of EFTPOS systems for clients
  • Provide ongoing support and act as a point of contact for any issues or queries
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and EFTPOS providers
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new payment technologies
  • Monitor client satisfaction and performance, ensuring mutual profitability

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, brokering, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of EFTPOS systems and payment processing
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and providers
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

Skills:

  • Knowledge of various EFTPOS systems and providers
  • Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
