Terms & Conditions – PayNuts Payments + nbn® Bundle Offer

The offer of a $55 ongoing monthly discount off the Recommended Retail Price (RRP) of a More Business Fast Max nbn® plan (Monthly Discount) and a $0 Netcomm NL20 Wi-Fi 6, or equivalent router as determined by More and made available from time to time (Router Offer) is available to eligible PayNuts customers who apply for and are approved for PayNuts payment services between 30 March 2026 and 31 December 2026, and who sign up for a new More Business Fast Max nbn® service through an authorised PayNuts sales agent in accordance with these terms. To maintain the Monthly Discount, you must continue to meet the minimum payment processing volume each month (see section 4).

If you sign up to a nbn® service under this offer, More Telecom Pty Ltd (More) will be your service provider for your business nbn® service and will handle all technical enquiries, complaints and servicing. The provision of your More service will be subject to More’s standard terms of service and policies, available on the More website. PayNuts payment services will be provided in accordance with your PayNuts merchant agreement and applicable PayNuts policies.

The offer is subject to the full terms and conditions and eligibility criteria below:

1. The offer period commences on 30 March 2026 and ends at 5pm on Thursday 31 December (Offer Period).
2. This offer provides eligible customers (see section 4) with a $55 ongoing monthly discount off the RRP of a More Business Fast Max nbn® plan and a Router, for as long as the customer continues to meet the Ongoing Eligibility requirements (as outlined in section 4).
3. The Monthly Discount commences from the date your eligible nbn® service is first activated on the nbn® network and applies to your monthly billing cycle as long as you continue to meet the Ongoing Eligibility Requirements (as outlined in section 4).
4. The offer is only available to customers who meet the following eligibility criteria (Eligible Customers):
   
   a) you must be a new PayNuts merchant and must not be an existing or former merchant who currently has, or has previously held, an approved PayNuts merchant facility, unless otherwise agreed in writing by PayNuts;
   
   b) following submission of your application, you must be approved by PayNuts for the relevant PayNuts payment services in accordance with PayNuts’ standard credit criteria, terms and processes;
   
   c) you must be an approved PayNuts customer with an active and authorised Card Present payment facility where there is a physical business trading premises;
   
   d) you must meet the ongoing eligibility requirements during the Promotional Period (Ongoing Eligibility Requirements):
   i. you must process a minimum of $50,000 AUD (excluding American Express transactions) each calendar month through your PayNuts merchant facility during the Promotional Period; and
   ii. you must meet any minimum pricing requirements for eligibility notified by PayNuts from time to time, including being on a minimum Merchant Service Fee of 1.50%, unless otherwise agreed in writing by PayNuts.
   
5. Payments that have not been successfully settled by the end of each calendar month, together with any invalid transactions or unacceptable transactions (as defined in your PayNuts merchant agreement) that occur during this period, are not eligible and do not count towards the minimum monthly payment volume requirement. PayNuts may require reasonable information to confirm that you meet your Ongoing Eligibility Requirements.
6. All discounts available under this offer apply to applicable More nbn® plan fees and hardware only. The offer does not apply to any other charges, including and without limitation any installation fees, relocation fees, non-standard installation costs, nbn®-related fees passed through from NBN Co, additional services, usage charges outside plan inclusions, or any third-party charges.
7. To redeem this offer, you must meet the eligibility criteria outlined in section 4 and sign up for a new More Business Fast Max nbn® during the Offer Period via a PayNuts sales agent.
8. You must complete sign-up and redemption within 90 days of PayNuts approval (Redemption Period). If you do not redeem the offer within the Redemption Period, you will not be eligible for the NBN Discount and you will be charged at the RRP for your More nbn® service from the date your service is activated
   
9. The RRP may be changed by More at any time by giving 30 days written notice. The RRP will be the price shown on the More website from time to time for your applicable nbn® plan.
10. Eligible customers who sign up under this offer will receive a $0 Wi-Fi router under the Router offer. The Wi-Fi router provided will be Netcomm NL20 Wi-Fi 6 Router where available and is subject to availability and the applicable hardware terms at the time of sign-up. Wi-Fi router delivery timeframes may vary, and delivery will occur in accordance with More’s hardware terms and policies. We may provide an alternative Wi-Fi Router in the event a NL20 Wi-Fi 6 Router is unavailable.
11. Any additional hardware or equipment requested or ordered by you at the time of sign-up or thereafter (including, without limitation, ancillary devices or alternative Wi-Fi Routers) is not included in this Offer and will be supplied at More’s then-current retail rates and billed to you separately in accordance with More’s applicable terms.
12. If you cease to meet the Ongoing Eligibility Requirements, you will forfeit the Monthly Discount available with this offer. Access to the offer may be revoked at any point after you cease to meet the Ongoing Eligibility Requirements, with the cost of your plan reverting to the RRP current at that time effective from your next billing cycle.
13. If at any point while you are receiving the Monthly Discount, you change to an ineligible More nbn® plan (other than the Business Fast Max), you will forfeit the Monthly Discount in entirety, with the cost of your plan reverting to the RRP current at that time effective from your next billing cycle.
14. This offer is limited to one discounted nbn® service and one $0 Router per eligible customer and is not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
15. The $0 Wi-Fi router and discounted nbn(r) service must not be resold and is intended solely for use at the registered business premises. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotional offer.
16. PayNuts is not responsible for any tax liability that may be incurred by you in connection with the benefit received under this offer.
17. PayNuts reserves the right to withdraw, vary or substitute this offer at any time, subject to applicable law.
18. If you sign up, More will be your service provider for your nbn® and will handle all technical enquiries, complaints and servicing.
19. The provision of your nbn® service will be subject to More's standard terms of service and policies, which are available here on the More website.

21. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified.

By participating in this offer, you acknowledge that PayNuts and More may exchange the information reasonably required to assess eligibility, activate and administer the offer, including verifying business details and the use of a unique redemption pathway or offer code, and each will handle personal information in accordance with its privacy policy and applicable laws.
23. More and/or PayNuts reserves the right to withdraw, vary or substitute this offer at any time.
