PayNuts POS - Making a Split Payment Transaction
Note:
- Split payment can be use to distribute payments to multiple customers. To do this, please follow the steps
Step 1
From the MENU screen, select an item then select Pay as payment method.
Step 2
On the payment page, enter the amount to be paid first (could be half or depending on the customer preference).
Step 3
Once entered, click on Finalize to proceed with the payment.
Step 4
The remaining balance will show below. Ask the customer whether the remaining balance will be paid in Cash(Pay) or Card (EFTPOS).
Step 5
If Cash, you may select on the banknotes or enter the exact amount from the cash amount field.
If EftPos, the POS will send a prompt to the EftPos terminal to proceed with the payment.
For EftPos, prompt message will appear in the terminal to proceed with the payment.
Step 6 Click on split payment and distribute depending on how many will pay.
